    AgVenture D&M Seed Company of Kentland, Ind., is pleased to announce it has purchased the retail seed program of Bo-Jac Seed Company, based in Mt. Pulaski, Ill.   • AgVenture Signs Letter of Agreement with Pioneer
    AgVenture, Inc., has signed a letter of agreement with DuPont business Pioneer Hi-Bred to shift ownership of AgVenture, Inc. (AVI) from its four individual owners to Pioneer as part of Pioneer’s PROaccessSM business strategy. The agreement will be finalized later this year.
